1. Coping with bereavement

There’s no right or wrong way to grieve. The important thing is to recognise how you’re feeling and to know how to look after yourself properly. This guide from the NHS walks you through the different stages of grief, talking about the person who has died and how you can get help if you need it.

3. Child bereavement

Understanding and coping with bereavement can be very difficult for children and young people. This is why we offer bereavement support specifically for them. We can also help by sharing resources that have been made for children and young people navigating grief.

You may also wish to read our blog from our Patient and Family Support team recommending books for children that may help them talk about death, illness and grief.
