Registered Nurse Band 5 - AFC banding points 16-23.

Salary: £26,707 - £34,841 pa (point 16 – 19, staff nurse, point 20 – 23 senior staff nurse)

Location: Trinity Inpatient Centre, Clapham, South London

Hours: 37.5 per week: full/part-time/flexible hours available

We require Inpatient band 5 nurses to deliver skilled and compassionate nursing care of the highest quality to patients.

As a Royal Trinity Hospice Nurse, duties will include:

  • To plan, implement and evaluate evidence- based nursing care strategies for patients and their carers
  • To anticipate the changing needs of patients, and emotionally support patients and family
  • To participate in IDT discussions to inform the management plan for patients
  • Lead in the discharge process working closely with the discharge coordinator

  • You will hold an up to date NMC registration
  • Competent across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge
