Could you give 5 hours or more each week (between Monday - Friday) to assist our fundraising team in their fantastic work? Are you able to commit to volunteering for a minimum of 6 months?

We are looking for a friendly volunteer with strong admin and interpersonal skills to assist with processing online payments received through Trinity's website. You will join our small but dedicated team of fundraisers and provide vital support to work of Trinity. Fundraising is an integral part of the work we do and we need your help!

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Download all online payments from the Trinity Website.
  • Enter the donations on to the Raiser’s Edge database and maintaining accurate records.
  • Generate Thank You letters for all donations.
  • Generate reports for financial reconciliation.
  • Assist the supporter care team with other tasks as required.

In return, we will offer you the opportunity to develop new and existing skills and to also receive ongoing support and training where necessary. You will also be making a valuable contribution to Trinity and the thousands of people who use our services. 

This role will require a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check, provided free of charge by Trinity.
