As our Head of Quality you will:

  • Develop and lead a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensure our care is safe, effective and experienced positively
  • Develop and oversee our education strategy
  • Ensure staff achieve and maintain key competencies for their role
  • Model the hospice’s culture and values as part of the Senior Management Team

  • Have a track record of developing quality improvement initiatives
  • Hold a professional qualification and registration with an appropriate governing body
  • Show passion and commitment for outstanding care
  • Demonstrate impeccable communication skills
