Location: Clapham, London

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Dependant on qualifications and experience

The successful candidate will have exceptional administration skills; have a confident approach and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, whilst observing confidentiality. It is critical you have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development is essential ideally at Chartered Member level.

The key objectives will be:

  • Responsible for the recruitment and on boarding process from start to finish. This will include uploading new vacancies, issuing offers of employment, pre-employment screening and processing all relevant documentation for new starters.
  • Liaise with internal and external agencies to ensure the safe recruitment process is carried out efficiently.
  • Ensuring all employee records are maintained and monitored on our HR system, processing all staff changes, new starters, leavers and job amendments to the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • The production, monitoring and storing of all HR documentation, such as standard letters, contracts and job descriptions, working within department service levels.
  • To assist in the provision of professional advice and support to managers and staff on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures, terms and conditions of service and legislation.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required.


It is essential that candidates be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages and have previous experience working within a busy task orientated role. Candidates must have good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
