Salary: Trinity Band C £23,836 - £25,187 pa

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our Executive office team providing support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Medical Director’s Personal Assistant.

Responsibilities of an Administration Assistant

  • Providing administrative support for the Executive team, with an onsite presence overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Executive Office.
  • To communicate with the Executive Assistant and Executive team on a daily basis regarding workload, taking on any tasks arising, and giving support as required.
  • To work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Personal Assistant to the Medical team to deliver administrative support on general tasks and projects
  • To provide diary management support to the Director of Nursing, Director of HR and OD, and the Director of Finance and Resources
  • To deliver any other administration tasks that may come up as part of the day-to-day work of the executive department (e.g., filing, paperwork, directing visitors)
  • To support the work of the EA/PA
  • To support the Executive team with any administrative duties involving scheduling/printing/greeting or escorting visitors/finalising documents
  • To work closely with reception, providing cover on ad hoc basis when gaps in the rota occur

Skills and experience required

  • Possess a good level of computer skills (outlook, word, excel)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous office experience preferably gained supporting and Executive team
  • User level experience working with databases/formalising documents
