Salary: Royal Trinity Grade C (£22,028 - £23,277 pa including London Weighting)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced administrator, preferably within a clinical setting to join our friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities of a Royal Trinity Hospice Admissions & Referrals Administrator 

  • To provide an effective administration service to community services at Royal Trinity Hospice.
  • To be the first point of contact for all enquiries from patients; their informal carers and other members of the health and social care workforce.
  • To establish and maintain good working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and experience required

  •  Have proven experience in administration and an intermediate level of IT knowledge and skills.
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Be proactive, resourceful and organised
  • Adopt the values of the hospice and demonstrate commitment to achieving the goals of the team and the organisation
  • Have a positive attitude and work collaboratively with others within and across organisational boundaries
