This 4 minute film, produced by Creative Connections, follows the story of one man with lung disease and how Trinity helps him and his family make the most of the time they have together, as well challenge some of the common misconceptions of hospices as well as raise awareness of the range of support on offer.

The video uses colourful animated images accompanied by a voiceover to show the range of care available at the hospice and at home.
