Find out more how Trinity’s Therapies team helps our patients and their families maintain independence for as long as possible. Support our Therapies Appeal 2022.

The Therapies team works with individuals in a variety of settings including our inpatient unit, during outpatient appointments, and in their own homes. We are here to support patients every step of the way.

We are passionate about helping our patients

Jennifer: “By combining various strategies, we can set out goals and help our patients to regain control of some basic daily tasks like being able to sit up in bed or eat a meal with their family. It sounds simple, but it makes a huge difference in the last moments they have left.”

Helping patients maintain their independence and dignity

Katie: “Our focus is to help patients to do things they want and need to do. Often daily life can be difficult due to their condition. It’s about helping people maintain their independence and dignity.”

It’s the little things that can make a big difference

Theresa: “Very often, what appears to be a small intervention can make a huge difference to the individual. Introducing techniques like reflexology or aromatherapy for common symptoms such as nausea and fatigue can have a big impact on daily life.”

Please support our Therapies Appeal so all our expert teams can continue helping our patients, and their families to maintain independence for as long as possible.
