Why become a Trustee?

Being a trustee is a great volunteer role. It is an opportunity to use your skills and experience to make a lasting difference to a cause you care about. Other benefits include:

  • a great volunteering opportunity for busy people, with four board meetings a year plus attending additional fundraising and awareness raising events on behalf of the hospice

What we look for in a Trustee

We’re looking for people who can:

  • think and act strategically in the best interests of adults living with a progressive life limiting  condition
    demonstrate a commitment to our values
  • work effectively as part of a team
  • understand or learn the legal duties and responsibilities of trusteeship
