Community Healthcare Assistant - Wandsworth End of Life Care Coordination Service Salary: AfC Band 3 £23,213 - £25,195 Hours: 37.5 hours (mix of days and shifts including weekends and public holidays, from 7am to 3pm and 2.30pm to 10.30pm) We have an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Wandsworth End of Life Care Coordination Service as a Community Healthcare Assistant. This role involves providing high-quality care to people known to Royal Trinity Hospice who require care due to physical illness and general frailty and who are approaching the end of their lives. This care is delivered to patients in a variety of settings.
