Our Shops

We're on a mission to be London's answer to sustainable fashion.

We think our charity shops are some of the best around. Now our shops have reopened, we look forward to seeing you in one soon.

With our new service you can donate your quality, preloved and new items by post, at no cost to you.

What can I donate by post?

This new service is designed especially for premium or extra-special items. Your goods will be sold online by our ecommerce specialists who know how to ensure that one of a kind, high-end or collectable items raise as much as possible.

The maximum size for parcels is 60x50x50cm and the maximum weight is 10kg.

We’re specifically looking for postal donations such as:

  • Clothing, shoes and accessories: we especially love quality vintage and designer brands!
  • Jewellery: we’re looking for quality pieces – fine jewellery, designer or vintage items are perfect.
  • Premium homewares
  • Electronics: iPhones, Androids, tablets and high-end electronics
  • Collectable items: such as coins, stamps and books including rare, antiquarian or signed editions
  • Premium camera equipment: including cameras, tripods, filters, lenses etc.

If you have donations to make but you don’t think they fit this description, we will be delighted to take them off your hands in our shops, provided they meet our donations guidelines. You can also support Trinity by donating books, CDs and DVDs through the post with Ziffit.

Ready to donate your extra-special items?

It’s super quick and easy to send us your extra-special new or preloved items. Here’s what you need to do.

  1. Click "Request a freepost label" below to download a freepost label to print at home or at your nearest Collect+ drop off point
  2. If you are a UK taxpayer, print and complete a Gift Aid form to include with your donation. This allows us to raise an extra 25p for every £1 that your donation generates. If you're already signed up for Gift Aid with Trinity, please include a note with your Gift Aid donor ID (which can be found on letters and emails from our Gift Aid team). If you can't find your Gift Aid donor ID, you can just include your name and postcode.
  3. Package up your donations, taking care to protect anything delicate or breakable!
  4. Drop your parcel off at a Collect+ point the next time you are making an essential trip (find your nearest one here)
