Most of the patients under Trinity's care choose to be cared for and die at home. By playing the raffle today, you will help our Community Nurses to deliver their skilled and compassionate work out in our community, whether that's at a house or a flat, sheltered accommodation, a nursing home, hostel or prison.

They go above and beyond to help our patients and those close to them make the most of every moment they have left.

Terms and conditions

Please read this important information before you buy your tickets:

1. The "quantity" box should be "1" unless you would like to buy multiples of the number of tickets indicted. E.g. if you would like to buy 10 tickets, make sure there is a "1" in the "quantity" box in the option marked "10 tickets". If you place another number in the "quantity" box, you will be purchasing the quantity indicated multiple times, so placing a "5" in the quantity box for 10 tickets indicates you would like to buy 5x10 tickets.
2. A maximum of 60 tickets can be bought per person. If you purchase more than 60 tickets for a single person, the amount in excess of £60 will be treated as a donation to fund our care.
3. It is not necessary to fill in all the fields for each set of tickets, only the name field is mandatory.
