We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic nurse to lead our award-winning Wandsworth End of Life Coordination Service (WEoLCCS). This role involves leadership of the highest standard to ensure outstanding care for patients (and those close to them) and embedding Trinity’s vision and values in the workforce to help them realise their potential. Trinity makes a real difference to people approaching death and helps set the standard for care and coordination for those in the last year of life.

You will join our Senior Management Team who share a commitment to provide the best quality care for our patients, helping them to make the best of every moment, and lead a diverse team of Care Coordinators and Royal Trinity Carers.

Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic we have worked hard to balance our two priorities of ensuring patients continue to receive the best care and to provide a safe environment for our staff. The successful candidate will help to ensure the entire team continues to be effective, safe and resilient as the pandemic continues to generate new challenges.

In August 2019 the Care Quality Commission rated our care as Outstanding. We provide our people with the training, personal development and support that they need to do what they do best, to learn, and grow. Most of our team tells us that they feel proud, valued, respected and inspired working at Trinity. If you want to join us, you will share our commitment to excellence, continuous improvement and development.

If you are looking for a new opportunity and are passionate about leading and delivering great care then this could be the perfect fit for you.

You will find more details in the pack and job description/person specification documents below.
