Whatever your fitness level, age or interests and with distances from 10k to a full marathon (and beyond if you're on a bike!), we have a challenge for you in 2023.

There is plenty of time to train and fundraise, and if you choose to join #TeamTrinity, we'll be there every step of the way to support you.

You will be directly supporting our free specialist care, so every mile really does matter and with every step or pedal you'll be contributing to the future of our care.

Jump into the fundraising spirit and take on a skydive whenever suits you in 2023!

Kew the Run - 1 April 2023

Run either 10k or a half marathon through the Royal Botanical Gardens. An iconic backdrop for an iconic race.

RideLondon-Essex - 28 May 2023

The world’s greatest festival of cycling returns! The RideLondon-Essex 100 is a unique opportunity to ride 100 miles on traffic-free roads through the heart of London and neighbouring Essex.

Richmond RUNfest - 9 September 2023

Run the AIR10K (audio inspired running) or a half marathon around Richmond while supporting our vital care. The music and entertainment will help you reach the finish line.

Thames Bridge Trek - 9 September 2023

Join 2,000 walkers and take on a 25km walk around London, over 16 historic bridges, as part of Team Trinity!

Royal Parks Half Marathon - 8 October 2023

Starting and finishing in the stunning Hyde Park, this 13.1 mile route through central London takes in world-famous landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and Whitehall.
