Trinity celebrates Investors in Volunteers renewal We are proud to announce that Trinity has been successful in renewing our Investing in Volunteers quality standard for the fourth time. Investing in Volunteers is the UK quality standard for all organisations involving volunteers and is granted in recognition of the excellent work organisations do with volunteers. Trinity was assessed against a range of best practice standards and proved to excel in all aspects of working with our volunteers. We currently have over 550 people volunteering across at the hospice and at our 20 shops throughout south west and central London. Mat Hay, Volunteer Services Manager at Trinity said: We’re extremely pleased to have renewed our Investing in Volunteers award this year and the experience has been all round really positive. This recent renewal marks the fourth consecutive time we’ve achieved the award, demonstrating our historic and ongoing commitment to volunteers at Trinity. The final report gave a really positive reflection of the work Trinity do with volunteers across the hospice and retail. Volunteers are very much the backbone to the organisation and we’re proud to demonstrate our commitment to them and best practice in volunteer management through the Investors in Volunteers award.
