About the role:

Trinity’s Communications and Marketing team oversees all of the hospice’s PR, marketing (including posters, leaflets and flyers), digital and social media, website and internal communications.

  • Keeping up to date records of stock and reporting required orders back to the wider team.
  • Distribution through the post of printed materials to external partners (GP surgeries, care homes, pharmacies, community partners).

  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Discreet, empathetic and respectful communication style
  • Trustworthy and reliable

What the role can offer you:

You will also play a role in ensuring key messages and information are conveyed to those who need it the most: current and potential patients and their families and friends.

You will be asked to attend an induction and will receive ongoing training and support as necessary.

Mandatory training:

All volunteers must complete some mandatory online e-learning and have a short face to face induction covering all the necessary information a volunteer needs prior to undertaking their role.
