Our patient feedback volunteers support our work by giving people who use our services and their carers/families the chance to share their experiences and give feedback. This feedback is then used to shape the work that Trinity does.

What does a patient feedback volunteer do?

In this role you will have the opportunity to

Gather feedback from patients and their families/carers on their experience of using Trinity’s services either in person, online or over the telephone.

Encourage patients and their families/carers to feel confident in speaking up about any concerns they may have.

How much time will I need to commit?

This role is flexible and can fit in around your existing commitments. Patient feedback volunteers usually give 2 – 3 hours per week.

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • The ability to keep information confidential and to abide by Trinity’s information governance and data protection policies
  • The ability to be calm even in tricky situations
  • The ability to behave in a professional, caring and attentive manner at all times
  • Good IT skills
  • Enthusiasm and motivation
  • An interest in Trinity’s work

We do not want you to be out of pocket through volunteering. We will reimburse reasonable expenses where appropriate.
