We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible Practice Educator to support the continuing development of clinical staff. Working with the Head of Quality, you will take a lead role in developing and delivering internal and external multidisciplinary education and training. You will have a high level of education, mentoring skills and be able to use a variety of methods to engage others in their learning and development. Responsibilities of a Royal Trinity Hospice Practice Educator Educate and inspire our staff to be the best they can be. Work closely with Heads of Services to identify the learning needs of their teams. Co-ordinate student nurse placements and mentorship. Develop and deliver education workshops for internal and external delegates. Skills and experience required Up to date and valid NMC registration. Teaching qualification/ Mentorship course. Experience of working in a palliative and end of life care setting. Excellent teaching skills and ability to work collaboratively across the organisation.
