FREDIE: Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement Trinity is proud to have been awarded the Investors in Diversity Standard Stage 2 in 2019. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive organisation that encourages and supports fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement (FREDIE) in all its forms. All staff, volunteers, patients, families, visitors and guests are valued and celebrated. Everyone at Trinity is treated fairly with dignity and respect irrespective of age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, civil partnership status, disability, nationality, race, religion or belief. In 2019 we were listed by the National Centre for Diversity on the Investors in Diversity Top 100 Index, the first hospice to be included in the list. We are proud to have been the first hospice to be a Stonewall Diversity Champion, are a founding member of the London LGBT Hospices Network and we were the first hospice to march in London Pride, which has now become an annual event for Trinity. A London Living Wage Employer We’re proud to be a London Living Wage employer. Our fantastic employees are dedicated to providing the best experience for everyone who comes into any of our shops, and we believe their wage should reflect both this and the real cost of living. By offering the London Living Wage, we hope to demonstrate how much we value the contribution that every employee makes to Trinity.
