Working hours for retail staff

Working hours for our Assistant Shop Managers and Shop Managers are:

      • 37.5hrs/week
      • 7.5hrs/day
      • 5 days/week 10am to 6pm Monday – Saturday, 11am to 5pm Sundays.

Working hours for retail head office staff are 37.5hrs/week, 9am-5pm Monday - Friday.

  • Staff have the opportunity to join several staff-led groups e.g. Social Committee, Staff Involvement Committee, Investors in Diversity Steering Group, Black Lives Matter at Trinity Working Group
