Every year Clapham Chasers hosts its legendary charity bake sale for runners at Thames Riverside 20. Over the years we have supported many local charities close to our community and hearts.

This weekend the bake sale will be raising money for Royal Trinity Hospice, in memory of Debbie Morgan, Mum of Huw Morgan, our head of swimming.

Royal Trinity Hospice provides free, specialist palliative and end of life care to patients and their families in Wandsworth and surrounds. The services go far beyond medical care. As well as expert nursing and pain management, they offer counselling and bereavement support, physiotherapy, a variety of other therapies and spiritual care. All completely free of charge , for as long as it's needed, and extends to not only the patient but also their family. It creates a real support network for those who need it most.
