What to expect when someone you know is a Trinity patient

We recognise how stressful life can be for families and friends of people with a life-limiting illness. We're here to provide support and advice to those closest to our patients, to help prepare for the future and deal with their questions and any worries they may have.

When patients are referred to us, either for care at home or in the hospice, we ask about their family, friends and those nearest to them. Our professionals take the time to help patients’ friends and family understand how they can support their loved one, whether they are in the hospice or at home, for whatever time they have left.
