Why we need your support

At Trinity we believe that every moment matters, so we go above and beyond to help our patients and their families make the most of every moment they have left.

Our care last year in numbers:

• Our Community Nursing team made 2,708 home visits
• 203 people benefited from 1,359 bereavement support sessions
• 332 people received round-the-clock specialist care in our inpatient unit

We want everyone who needs our support to receive it, but we can only continue our services and meet growing demand with your help.

Every year, the amount we need to raise increases as the gap between what we receive from the NHS and what it costs to run Trinity widens.

We are proud to give quality care, yet it can be a struggle to ensure we’re raising what we need to maintain our standards and respond to growing demand year on year.

£20 A donation of £20 will help fund our specialist community nurses to deliver care to patients in their own homes.

£80 Will help us deliver support to those who have been bereaved, including children.

£150 Will help us provide around-the-clock specialist care to nearly 325 people on our inpatient unit every year.
