Why we need your support Together with you, making the best of every moment At Trinity we believe that every moment matters, so we go above and beyond to help our patients and their families make the most of every moment they have left. Our care last year in numbers: We provided 7,400 days of inpatient care Patients living at home accessed our outpatient service 3,699 times. We made 26,771 phone calls to patients, carers and healthcare professionals to support their care We want everyone who needs our support to receive it, but we can only continue our services and meet growing demand with your help. Every year, the amount we need to raise increases as the gap between what we receive from the NHS and what it costs to run Trinity widens. We are proud to give outstanding care, yet it can be a struggle to ensure we’re raising what we need to maintain our standards and respond to growing demand year on year. By supporting Trinity with a donation, a sponsored event or challenge, you're helping us keep the first-class palliative and end of life care we provide completely free. Last year, funds from the NHS provided just a quarter of the £16 million it cost to provide our free care, so your generosity means you are helping to sustain a vital service within our local community. How do you want to help? Donate to Trinity Help us continue to go above and beyond to help our patients and their loved ones make the most of every moment they have left. Donate in memory of someone special Your in-memory donation is a thoughtful way to celebrate someone special while helping us to be there for the next family who need our vital services.
