Led by Dallas, Trinity’s work around FREDIE resulted in the hospice being listed in the National Centre for Diversity’s top 100 index in 2019, the first ever hospice to be listed and one of only two healthcare providers nationally. In October 2019 Dallas was included on the annual list of OUTstanding LGBT+ Public Sector Leaders, celebrating people who are helping to make their workplace more welcoming and who are making a significant contribution to LGBT+ inclusion outside their workplace.
