Meet FREDIE: fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement at Trinity Fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement are at the heart of everything we do: as a care provider, an employer and a place to volunteer. We are proud to celebrate the unique things that make our diverse community of patients, colleagues and volunteers who they are. These principles are rooted in our charity’s mission which includes how we aim to challenge and overcome barriers to equality, diversity and inclusion in our services and be true to our values and a good employer. In 2021 we were listed at number 70 in the National Centre for Diversity's index of the Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces. We are proud to be a London Living Wage employer. We are registered with the Disability Confident scheme. We are a founding member of the London hospices LGBT network which has marched at Pride in London since 2016.
