In loving memory of Christopher John Addison Smith (1949-2023). A wonderful husband, father, grandfather ('Baba'), brother and uncle. He will be greatly missed and we are all so thankful to have known him. The care Trinity Hospice gave him in his final days was outstanding and we are very grateful.
