In Memory of Gosia

Gosia spent the last 7 days of her life at the Royal Trinity Hospice in Clapham.

Gosia and her family were extremely grateful to be moved to this location where such good care was provided.

The support provided made a significant difference to the experience of end of life for both the family and friends of Gosia.

We are fundraising to honour the memory of Gosia.
