Jack received outstanding palliative care at the Royal Trinity Hospice in the last couple of weeks of his life. This made a considerable difference to him and us, his family. In memory of Jack, we believe he would have wanted to support Trinity in order that other families can benefit at such an important stage of life. Therefore we are asking friends to consider donating whatever is possible.
