Drop your retail donations at the hospice on Saturday 23 April!

If you've had a recent spring clean and don't have time to take your donations to our shops directly, then we are holding another of our "drive-through" stock drop collections on Saturday 23 April!

From 10am - 3pm our retail team will be in the car park at the front of the hospice, so you won't need to enter the building. You can find us at 30 Clapham Common North Side. The team will be there to collect donations for Trinity’s shops, which help raise the vital funds needed to deliver our free care.

Trinity’s Stock and Logistics Manager Sean Homer, who is organising the collection said:

“We know our donors don’t always find it easy to park close to our shops when they have items to donate. We also know it’s the time of the year when people are having clear outs and are assembling bags of donations for Trinity.

We want to make it as easy as possible for people to drop off their donations, and hopefully by running the stock drop at the hospice our donors will have an even more vivid reminder of the value of their support and the benefits they bring to our patients.”

What you can donate

You can donate:

  • good quality women's and men's clothing
  • good quality shoes, accessories, handbags, jewellery
  • good quality homeware

For a full list of what you can donate and what the team is unfortunately unable to accept, either for health and safety reasons, or because Trinity shops no longer sell them, click on the button below.

Gift Aid

If you are planning on making a donation, please consider signing up to Gift Aid if you are eligible, as this allows Trinity to claim an additional 25% on the total we raise from your donation, at no extra cost to you. The Trinity team will have Gift Aid forms available for you to complete on the day.

The funds raised through the sale of preloved donated goods in Royal Trinity Hospice shops help to fund free specialist palliative care for around 2,500 across south west and central London every year.

While all Trinity’s shops continue to accept donations, the stock drop may be more convenient for those local to the hospice, those with many donations, or people who may require assistance unloading their donations. Trinity also offers stock collections.
