Our ShopsWe're on a mission to be London's answer to sustainable fashion. We think our charity shops are some of the best around. Now our shops have reopened, we look forward to seeing you in one soon. Home Our Shops Donate goods Shop online Volunteer Shops news and blogs Book a collection of goods With Royal Trinity Hospice's collection service, you can donate your preloved goods without even leaving the house! All you need to do is make sure your donations match the criteria below, fill in our online form and wait to hear back from a member of the team (please give us 2 working days - hopefully we'll be back to you sooner). When we get in touch we'll discuss your request, and if it matches our criteria, we will agree a convenient time and date to collect your donations and explain how we'll make sure your donation is collected safely. Due to the exceptional demand for our collection service at present we are unable to respond straight away to any enquiries. Your support is greatly appreciated and we will reply to your enquiry within the next 7 working days. Arrange a collection What we can collect Before you fill in the form below, please take a look at the list of donations we can accept: We gratefully accept: good quality women's clothing good quality men's clothing good quality shoes, accessories, handbags and jewellery Due to the costs, space and added handling needed, we can only collect limited amounts of homeware. If you have quality homeware to donate, please get in touch so we can discuss this with you. In most of our shops we are unfortunately unable to accept the following donated items, either for health and safety reasons, due to changes we have had to make in our shops because of COVID-19, or because our shops no longer sell them: books CDs and DVDs linens, bedding, duvets and pillows prams or baby car seats toys and games medical equipment electrical items Arrange a collection Where we can collect from We will do our best to arrange collections from any location within 3 miles of one of our charity shops with the exceptions that Chiswick is the furthest west we can collect and Islington the furthest north. Keeping collections safe To keep both you and our drivers safe, they will not enter your property. All donations should be brought outside for our drivers to collect. They will call you when they are on their way so that you can have your donation ready. If the donation is not already outside, our drivers will knock on your door, stand back and wait for you to bring your donation outside. If you are in a block of flats, your donation will still need to be brought outside the building, or into the foyer, our drivers will not be able to collect from outside individual flats. We unfortunately cannot collect from households where any member is shielding or self-isolating, and so if this applies to you, please let us know. Other ways to donate If you would rather donate your goods in another way, you can: Donate in person in one of our shops Donate extra-special, pre-loved items through the post, at no cost to you. Generating vital funds This year, we need to raise £9 million in our charity shops and from fundraising to supplement the funds we receive from the NHS and continue to provide our free, expert care. Last year, Trinity's shops contributed over £5 million to that total. With your help, they can resume their vital role in raising funds for the charity, thank you.
