Last year your donated items raised a massive £5.6 million for Trinity. We rely on the generosity of your donations to keep our London charity shops stocked.

All the proceeds from our shops go towards providing compassionate end of life care in our hospice and your local community.

What to donate to Trinity

We gratefully accept:

  • quality women's, men's and children's clothing
  • quality shoes, accessories, handbags and jewellery
  • quality homewares
  • furniture (at our Putney Furniture shop only)
  • books, DVDs, music, complete toys and games
  • quality linens and towels
  • foreign currency, old coins and spare change

Unfortunately we are unable to accept the following items for health and safety reasons:

  • duvets and pillows
  • prams or baby car seats
  • medical equipment

Ways to donate

Donate goods at your local Trinity charity shop

We have shops across London, so pop in to your nearest store to donate. Don't forget to Gift Aid your donations if you can so we can claim an additional 25% of the sale value of your items at no additional cost to you. Ask any member of our shops team about becoming a Gift Aider.

Book a collection from your home

If you have furniture, our drivers can collect your donations for free directly from your home.

If you have 6 or more bags of donations and are unable to drop them off at one of our shops, we may be able to collect for free directly from your home.

Stock drives

Hold a donation drive event at your organisation or community group and we will provide you with everything you need.

Don't forget to Gift Aid your donation and help us raise an extra 25%

If you're UK tax payer, don’t forget to Gift Aid your donations, and help us raise an extra 25p for every £1 you help us raise, at no extra cost to you. Our shop staff can help you ensure that we can claim Gift Aid on your donations.
