SUPPORT TRINITY WITH A DONATION

As we face the next 130 years, our commitment remains the same: providing free end of life care and helping our patients and their families make the very best of every moment. Because to us, every moment matters.

We have always adapted to ensure we can go on being there for our patients and their families. We know the pandemic is still with us and the future will bring new challenges, but we are determined to overcome them and go on being here for everyone who needs us.

Every day, our team continues to work tirelessly, showing incredible resilience and going above and beyond to deliver world-class palliative and end of life care.

The need for the hospice care continues to grow. Our growing population is living longer and with longer life comes more specialist care needs. It means more demand on Trinity to help people make the very best of every moment they have.

We anticipate that by 2030, demand for Trinity's services will have increased by 44%.

Your support will help us meet the demand for our care and expertise and ensure it can continue, uninterrupted.

130 years ago this year, the generosity of the local community brought our hospice to life. In what was a pioneering version of modern-day crowd-funding, an appeal for donations in The Times on Christmas Day 1891 raised £1,000 and was matched by the Hoare banking family.

Your support today will help us celebrate our historic anniversary and make your mark on our future.

SUPPORT TRINITY WITH A DONATION

Help us be there for the people who need us

At any one time we are caring for over 740 people from across central and south west London, many of whom are in the last few months of their lives.

Last year a total of 4,012 people directly received our care and support, of which 2,381 patients received care in their own homes.

To continue providing our free palliative care, we must raise £9 million to supplement NHS funding this year.

Your donation today will help us be there for all the patients and their families who need us in these difficult times and in the months and years to come.
