It costs £14 million every year to maintain Trinity’s existing services and provide expert end of life care, completely free of charge to 2,500 patients each year as well as their families, friends and carers. We receive less than a quarter of our funding from the government and must therefore raise an additional £11 million annually. Regular appeals allow us to keep our donors up-to-date on our services and funding needs and allow supporters to choose when and how they donate.Donors have the right to remove their details from our mailing database at any time and all details are kept secure and confidential and are never passed onto third parties. Having volunteered in a hospice, I have first-hand experience of the incredible care offered to patients and families during a very difficult time. Following a chance meeting with Royal Trinity Hospice recently, I was reminded of this, and am committed to supporting Trinity by fundraising so they can continue their much-needed work.
