Care at home

Most of the patients under Trinity's care choose to be cared for in their homes by our Community Services team. The team looks after people wherever call home, whether it's a house or a flat, sheltered accommodation, a nursing home, hostel or prison.

All of our services are free of charge. If you have any questions about our community services, you can call us on 020 7787 1062.
