After the death of a loved one, you can be so concerned about everyone else that you forget to look after yourself. If a loved one has died at Trinity, we offer bereavement groups, counselling and other services free of charge.

6. At a Loss - GriefChat

AtaLoss.org provides a 'one stop shop' of local and specified bereavement support. You can find local bereavement services tailored to your needs, including groups and counselling, through their website. 

GriefChat is an online bereavement support chat available 9am-9pm Monday-Friday. It provides emotional support for bereaved people, access to trained bereavement counsellors and referral into other specialist bereavement services. Click below to speak to a counsellor.
