We understand you may change your mind after purchasing an item from one of our Royal Trinity Hospice charity shops. You can find the returns policy below. Refunds do not affect your statutory rights.

If you change your mind about your purchase from one of our charity shops, please return the goods to us within 28 days. If the goods are returned in the same condition that they were purchased and with the tag, till receipt or proof of purchase, we’ll offer you an exchange or refund. You can return an item to any of our charity shops.
