Communities are stronger when they come together, which is why we are happy to offer our Mulberry Room conservatory for free to community and faith groups in our catchment who may otherwise struggle to find space to meet or hold events.

While our Mulberry Room is in frequent use for our Living Well outpatient programme, bereavement services and other hospice activities, we are happy to offer it for free to community, faith and charity groups who are working with people living in the communities we support. All we ask is that you are not charging people for attending your event if we are hosting it at Trinity.

If you are interested in using the space, please get in touch about availability Monday-Friday in the daytime and early evenings and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We are open to discussing both one-off and regular use of the room, on a pre-agreed rolling basis.

The Mulberry Room is fully-accessible and offers stunning views of our garden, which can be accessed by groups using the space via the patio doors in the room. There is a small adjoining kitchen which is available to people using the space and toilets close by. Depending on your requirements, we may also be able to offer catering for a small charge.

The room can comfortably hold around 30 people in a seated theatre-style or around 16 people around the large table. We are very happy to provide a short welcome or talk about the hospice and our work to your guests and can also offer a range of other training and information sessions, free of charge.
