Remember a loved one by purchasing a leaf to go on our special commemorative Memory Tree which is located in the reception at Trinity. 

By dedicating a leaf you can celebrate the memory of someone special and help us to continue to providing care for the individuals who still need us.

Each leaf can be engraved with a name or message and will be displayed for one year. Afterwards you’ll have the option to keep the leaf on our tree and continue to support Trinity or have it returned to you.

The donation amounts for the leaves are:

Silver	£300	£25
Bronze	£150	£12.50

There are different options and sizes available; to engrave a bronze leaf with your name we will ask for £150 donation, whereas silver plate comes at £300, gold is £500, and a large gold leaf requires a gift of £1,000.

If you wish to pay for your leaf over a period of time by direct debit, you can do so by choosing the "Monthly" tab on the donation page above.
